Pink pairing: Prosecco DOC Rosé and Bread croutons with smoked salmon

Our latest creation, the Prosecco DOC Rosé, is the result of a perfect blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes.
The Prosecco DOC Rosé unveils delicate floral scents, with hints of apple, pear and raspberry.
It pours a bright pink colour which we thought is too fascinating not to show it off in the new transparent bottle.

As today's pairing tip, we suggest a plate of bread croutons with smoked salmon.
The delicate and refined bubbles of our Prosecco DOC Rosé enhance the gentle taste of the salmon thanks to the elegance of the Pinot Noir.

Here you have a simple recipe for a yummy aperitif:

  • Bread slices
  • Spreadable cheese
  • Fresh rocket salad
  • Smoked salmon
  • Pink pepper

Cut the bread slices about 2 cm thick and toast them until golden brown and fragrant.
Spread a layer of spreadable cheese on each bread slice.
Lay a slice of smoked salmon on the croutons and garnish with a handful of rocket salad.
Add a sprinkle of pink pepper on top.

Enjoy these quick and savory croutons with a glass of Prosecco DOC Rosé Spumante Brut Millesimato.
Cheers!
