Our organic vineyard is enlarging

This spring we planted new organic vineyards of Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay in a particular soil where the future fruits can express all their genuineness. With these new parcels our organic vineyard reaches 50 hectares.

These baby vines are planted according to the Sylvoz training system, positioned so as to ensure perfect exposure to sunlight and excellent ventilation.
Each vine is planted near a pole, which is the sustaining structure for the future fruit canes; within the same row the poles are linked through wires on which will be staked the shoots.

Planting the grapevines with the Sylvoz training system will allow us to obtain grapes of excellent quality and at the same time will allow us to be more precise, faster and effective with the harvest. The newly planted vines will produce their first grapes in two years and will reach their full production in three years.

In the hope that our baby vines can grow healthy and give us excellent fruits to be able to turn them into good wines.
