New wine: Pinot Noir Spumante Blanc de noir Brut nature

2024 is an important year for us, as we celebrate 25 years of organic farming.
We thought a lot about how to celebrate this milestone, we wanted this year to be special and memorable.

For this reason we have decided to create a new wine, which fully represents our winery today:
the Pinot Noir Spumante Blanc de Noir Brut Nature.
A unique and elegant wine with exotic aromas and spicy notes.
A white sparkling wine with a minute and persistent perlage made with 100% Pinot Noir red grapes.

Being a sparkling wine with no dosage, its residual sugar content is zero.
This makes the Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir Brut Nature a perfect match for fish-based dishes, especially with the fried ones.
