La Jara Wines Awarded at Challenge MillésimeBIO 2017

Our Organic Wines have been awarded 1 Gold medal and 2 Silver medals at Challenge MillésimeBIO, one of the most important Organic Wine Competitions. This new result makes us very proud.

Pinot Grigio Rosé Spumante Brut has been awarded Gold medal. This sparkling wine is made entirely from the pink-skinned Pinot Grigio grapes.
The unique light rosé pink colour of this wine it’s obtained naturally through a light maceration on the skin.

Prosecco DOC Spumante Millesimato Dry received the Silver Medal. This Prosecco DOC is made entirely from organic Glera grapes with natural re-fermentation in autoclave also known as the Martinotti-Charmat Method.

Rosé Special Cuvée after the Gold medal received last year, this year was awarded Silver medal. A great success for two consecutive years for our semi-sparkling Rosé.
Unlike the Pinot Grigio Rosé which is obtained from a single grape variety, Rosé Special Cuvée is made from two grape varieties: Glera and Raboso. Another important difference is that Rosé Special Cuvée is a Frizzante wine (semi-sparkling).
