La Jara Organic Wines at Prowein 2017

Prowein 2017 is approaching and we’re getting ready to present our collection of Organic Wines at the fair.
Come visit us in Hall 15 at Stand D41,  inside the exbition area of U.VI.VE Unione Consorzi Vini Veneti DOC e DOCG and taste our distinctive Bubbles.

We’ll present our collection of Organic Sparkling Wines.

We offer Prosecco DOC in three versions Brut, Extra Dry and Dry. These wines are made from 100% organic Glera grapes. Prosecco La Jara shows a more complex character, richer bouquet and outstanding freshness due to the terroir pecularity : the soil is compounded of limestones.

In adittion to our Prosecco, we produce Pinot Grigio Rosé Brut, Zero Assoluto Extra Brut (with zero dosage), Spumante Bianco Special Cuvée and Rosé Dolce Moscato Rosa.

Our Pinot Grigio Rosé Brut, obtained from organic pink-skinned Pinot Grigio grapes, has real finesse and authenticity. This sparkling Rosé  is a wine with a great personality and versatility; shows a fruity taste, it is well balanced and very pleasant to drink. Its colour is unique light rosé pink, refined and fascinating.
The character of the wine is brought through a soft maceration on the skins and re-fermenatation in autoclave.

Our Zero Assoluto Extra Brut with zero dosage is a product proposal we are very proud of: an organic sparkling wine with zero sugar content obtained throught a totally natural vinification process. Zero Assoluto is fresh, lively and clean. Outstanding with seafood.

Our Spumante Bianco Special Cuvée is a blend of 90% Glera grapes and 10% Chardonnay. Fruity and floral bouquet, fresh taste, very pleasant and easy to drink.
