Interview: La Jara and its bond with organic farming

Many years have passed since we decided to embrace organic farming.

An important decision that made our winery unique and reflects our thought. A decision that always puts nature first.

In this interview we went through the steps that brought us here, depicting our present, which is the result of a long journey that made us improve as both vinedressers and winemakers.

La Jara slowly grew into what it is today, attempt after attempt, harvest after harvest, and now we are proud to say that our bond with organic farming is strong and unbreakable.

The experience gathered during these years allowed us to create in our vineyards a well-balanced ecosystem that is brought straight to each glass of our wines through their impeccable quality.
