This Organic Ros\u00e9 is made entirely from Moscato Rosa grapes coming from a small vineyard of this grape variety owened by the family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Like all La Jara wines, Ros\u00e9 Dolce is made with the latest winemaking technology and methods so as to retain all the fragrance, freshness and varietal aromas of the Moscato Rosa grapes.
The vinification technique utilised to produce this elegant Spumante is a light maceration on the skins and natural re-fermentation in stainless steel autoclave using \u201cMartinotti \u2013 Charmat\u201d method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This Organic Ros\u00e9 is pale pink in colour and bright, with a fine and persistent perlage.
Refined and delicate, this wine offers a floral bouquet. On the palate it is harmonious and well-balanced with delicate raspberry, peach and aromatic notes which are further enhanced by the velvety softness of the bubbles. The taste is round and persistent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
