This sparkling wine is made entirely from the pink-skinned Pinot Grigio grapes.<br>The unique light <em>ros\u00e9<\/em>&nbsp;pink colour of this wine it\u2019s obtained naturally through&nbsp;a light maceration on the skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prosecco DOC&nbsp;Spumante Millesimato Dry received the Silver Medal. This Prosecco DOC is made entirely from organic Glera grapes with natural re-fermentation in autoclave also known as the Martinotti-Charmat Method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ros\u00e9 Special Cuv\u00e9e after the Gold medal received last year, this year was awarded Silver medal. A great success for two consecutive years for our semi-sparkling Ros\u00e9.<br>Unlike the Pinot Grigio Ros\u00e9 which is obtained from a single grape variety, Ros\u00e9 Special Cuv\u00e9e\u00a0is made from two grape varieties: Glera and Raboso.
