This is how our journey began!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2004 we produced our first bottle of organic wine, a Prosecco DOC Spumante produced with Martinotti-Charmat method. Just 3 years later we received the first international wine award: Gold Medal 91 points \u201cExceptional\u201d at the Beverage Testing Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the first 20 years was the occasion to organize an event where we received our international partners, who represent us in over 20 countries, the leaders of the Consortium Prosecco DOC, and the Venetian soprano Katia Ricciarelli, who chose our anniversary to celebrate her 50-years of career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We interviewed them, and they are the ones who tell us about this adventure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cToday, after 20 years of organic farming, I can tell you frankly that the road to get here has not been easy.<br>These were years of experiments, risks and disappointments, but we didn\u2019t give up.
