Ziel ist es, den perfekten Siedepunkt f\u00fcr die Pasta zu erreichen und dass gleichzeitig eine gute dicke Sauce entsteht.<br>8) Vor Abschluss mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. ACHTUNG: Das Salz in kleinen Mengen und schrittweise unter R\u00fchren und Probieren hinzuf\u00fcgen, da die Pasta bei dieser Zubereitungsmethode schon mit einer winzigen Prise sehr salzig werden kann.<br>9) Wenn die Pasta gekocht ist und die Sauce dick und cremig ist, kann sie angerichtet werden.
